Hello Every Blockchain User,
**I have been using my blockchain old wallet for a while, I trade my money for bitcoins for future reference and save it in my blockchain wallet. Unfortunately i had a bad experience since 10th of July when i signed in and could not get an authorization via my email. I have complained and complained to blockchain on Facebook, they tell me to do the same thing all the time, I HAVE DONE ALL THEY ASKED ME TO DO, THEY TOLD ME THEIR SUPPORT WILL LOOK INTO IT BUT TILL BUT LATELY NO ONE IS RESPONDING TO ME ANYMORE, WHAT WILL I CALL THIS? I had 1.77 b t c which has gone higher now. I don't have access to my bitcoin wallet, Why will the so called most popular wallet treat their members this way, I can't concentrate anymore, This is really frustrating, no one wants to hear me out!!! BLOCKCHAIN SHOULD HAVE A DATA BASE AND KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON. they never paid attention to my pain. I do have my identifier, my email, my password, my everything i signed up with blockchain wallet, I have saved all the information they sent me when i signed up, i never got hacked or clicked any link whatsoever, no one access to my account except me, So where is this coming from? Why can't i get into my account? **
I obviously have my Bitcoin address saved but I am unable to get any email authorization coming to my inbox. I have complained and complained and saved all my conversation. IS THIS A SECURITY BRIDGE OR CAN BLOCKCHAIN BE A SCAM? WHY WON'T THEY GIVE ME ACCESS TO MY COINS? AM ANGRY TO A POINT THAT BLOCKCHAIN CUSTOMER CARE HAS GIVING ME LESS ATTENTION AND DON'T CARE IF I LOOSE MY COINS. I REALLY WON'T LET THIS GO, I NEED SOMEONE TO TALK TO ME AND LET ME KNOW WHY I CAN'T GET INTO MY ACCOUNT, THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING, I HAVE A FAMILY TO TAKE CARE OF. I DESERVE TO KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON IN THIS FRUSTRATING ISSUE.
**I WILL GET A LAWYER IF THAT IT WHAT IT TAKES! **
Thanks
